Furniture Exchange Policy

• All furniture return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by management before any return can be made.
• Approved furniture returns are eligible for in-store credit only.
• Returned furniture must be in new condition, free of wear, stains, odors, or pet hair, and must have all original tags attached.
• Special orders, as-is items, scratch & dent, “blowout” and clearance merchandise are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

Mattress Exchange Policy

• To allow time for your body to adjust, we require a minimum of 30 nights of use before an exchange can be requested.
• Mattress exchanges are limited to one time only per customer.
• Only the following mattresses are eligible for exchange, in Queen or King size only:
  • Serta Perfect Sleeper X
  • Serta iComfort
  • Beautyrest World Class
  • Beautyrest Black
• Exchange requests must be made within 60 nights of purchase (or 120 nights for iComfort models).
• The mattress must be in like-new condition, with no stains or damage, and must have been protected by a waterproof mattress protector purchased from us.
• The factory law tag must remain attached.
• The reselection must be for a mattress of the same size, and new mattresses may take 1–2 weeks to arrive.

Shared Terms

• All approved exchanges or returns are eligible for in-store credit only — no refunds.
• Transportation is the responsibility of the customer. Pickup and delivery services are available for a fee starting at $89, based on location.
• Items from smoking households are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Special orders, clearance items, floor models, closeouts, and “Hot Buy” merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
